Gougey delivery apps are everywhere. But KiwiMe is looking to change that by introducing commission-free delivery on just about anything. Their motto? Same-day delivery. No fuzzy business. Fresh!
For the brand’s launch in 2021, we developed a new brand identity and design system that coveys “no fuzzy business” in an authentic, unmissable and bullshit-free way.
We made a custom wordmark that was inspired by the “edge” that commission-free delivery gives to retailer partners – literally – as the sharp angles speak to cutting corners without cutting into anyone’s profits. We also used lots of green hues everywhere because, of course, we love Kiwis at KiwiMe! And it’s the color of road signage!
And, rather than sticking to boring and conventional type setting, dynamic text blocks with uneven justification convey a story of rapid and constant movement, bringing energy to an otherwise undifferentiated category. Sign me up!
